Job Description
They key Roles and Responsibilities for this role are:
- Business Strategy Planning: the start-up face, five-year business plan, annual budget plan, resources planning and allocation, CSR, production lead time reduction, quality initiatives...
- Factory operations and manufacturing management: Work and provide guidance to all department heads on risks management, daily operations, CSR, employee engagement
- Order Fulfilment: right quality, right time, right cost
- Product and Process Engineer/ Innovation
- Organisation and Talent Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: clients, local authorities, and local communities
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is whom having:
- At least 10 years experience and factory general management experience in relevant industry: textile, garment, or footwear ... manufacturing environment.
- P&L management.
- Strong leadership skills (across functions).
- Entrepreneur mindset.
- Handling pressure in a fast moving production environment
- Business Results Oriented.
- Relationship management.
- People management.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Speaking is preferred.
