About Our Client

Our Client is a fast grown international Healthcare Innovation firm specialized in In Vitro Diagnostics Laboratories field and commits to deliver high quality of treatments to meet all our patients needs within their services.

Job Description

  • Set short-term priorities for work to achieve specific lab goals and sales targets in cooperation with the operational and commercial team.
  • Approve the appointments of new employees.
  • Approval of the administrative structure and job description of the lab employees
  • Review contracts and approve supplier evaluation in cooperation with the technical manager and senior management team.
  • Oversee and ensure all laboratory and sales targets are met.
  • Plan and implement procedures for expanding the areas of work and acquisition of labs in cooperation with the senior management team.
  • Management and supervision of all technical and administrative aspects of the laboratory.
  • Supervising staff performance, in accordance with the followed protocols.
  • Oversee the procurement team and ensure a reduction in cost and reduced fraud, waste and abuse.
  • Implement and widen the test offerings in the Labs in cooperation with the Technical and Sales team.
  • Participate in conducting performance and competency assessments periodically for the employees in the laboratory.
  • Participate in identifying the training needs of employees in the laboratories and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on work.
  • Quality performance evaluation to be in accordance with the required accreditation standards in cooperation with the Quality team.
  • Define audit activities in cooperation with the Quality team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Medical Degree, PhD and MBA would be highly appreciated
  • Experienced in clinic operation/setting up business
  • Hold similar Management positions with international exposure
  • Independent, self-driven, results-oriented, and resilient.
  • Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
  • Strategic and critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Technologically savvy, up-to-date, and able to identify and implement viable solutions.
  • Dedicated, well-organized, meticulous, analytical, and proactive.
  • Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.
