Job Description

  • Identifying business requirements & specifications
  • Taking in charge in creation and implementation for company digitization.
  • Develop and regularly test IT business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster.
  • Provide all required Risk & Compliance oversight related to information technology.
  • Collaborate with users and ensure IT or IT vendors providing sufficient application support
  • Arranging the departmental meeting for planning of the whole business process.
  • Collaborate with departments for their input and preparing time reports, descriptive & images reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, and its implementation.
  • Assist in reporting the above and related.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience work within the Retails, Factory, FMCG, Office with scale from 500+ users
  • Technical knowledge: good understanding on local legal, planning and design submission and approval procedure or sales and marketing knowledge in relation to property development.
  • +5 years of continuous working experience in the IT Management role, 3 years in related field. Experience in company digitization projects.
  • Good command of Excel, Power Point, SDLC, Project Programming and Reporting tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
