Job Description

As the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the execution of the Long-Term Business Plan centered on growth which aims at doubling the size of the hospital, recruiting personnel and increasing revenues while keeping the quality of services.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and present the Long-Term Business Plan and annual budgets to the Board.
  • Drive the execution of growth initiatives and business plans.
  • Lead and manage the Management Committee, shareholders, and senior C-suite team.
  • Build a cohesive leadership team and foster a unified corporate culture.
  • Ensure profitable growth with a lean, adaptable organization.
  • Promote understanding of company goals, values, and lead change management efforts.
  • Prepare for and attend all Board meetings and related committees as needed.
  • Explore and secure strategic partnerships and alliances.



Operational Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management of financial, operational, administrative, and legal aspects.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic directions across all divisions.
  • Enhance the hospital's brand reputation locally and internationally.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent, establishing the company as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to meet local and global standards.
  • Address audit and compliance issues with the Executive Leadership team.
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in organizational processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years in senior or executive roles within mid-size or large organizations, preferably in medical services, hospitals, or related industries.
  • Proven success in combining established business with new development or entrepreneurial initiatives.
  • Experience working in a well-defined governance environment and with the Board; private equity experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both strategic and operational growth.
  • Strong background in leading change or transformation projects, or post-merger integration.
  • Experience setting up or managing a business, particularly in medical services, is advantageous.
  • Visionary with a strong ability to turn strategic thinking into actionable priorities and execution.
  • Skilled in people management, strategic planning, and creating alignment towards ambitious goals.
  • Confident and persuasive, able to advocate for recommendations and build support.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a results-oriented mindset, thriving in intrapreneurial roles and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Decisive and respectful, capable of building trust and leading with integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, focused on health system optimization and clear strategic vision.
  • Excellent communicator, engaging effectively with stakeholders and resolving issues.
  • Passionate about team building, motivated, and open to listening and decision-making for cultural development.
