Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with Vietnam labor laws and Group standards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and leadership on HR strategy, legal compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key and strategic roles across all levels, including sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Identify and apply the most effective and cost-efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Oversee the Group's compensation and benefits framework including payroll oversight, insurance schemes (statutory and private), and annual budget planning.
  • Monitor and analyze C&B reports and headcount trends to support financial planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a professional, structured, yet adaptive working environment.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage conflict resolution, handle employee grievances, and liaise with legal and labor authorities as needed.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise HR operations across all entities to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance onboarding, offboarding, and employee life-cycle processes.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, recruiters, and service providers.

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduation: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related degree
  • Command of Vietnam labor laws with demonstrated ability to build compliant and sustainable HR frameworks.
  • Proven background in managing C&B policies and payroll processes (hands-on or supervisory level).
  • Financial acumen with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage budgets and workforce planning.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative personality; capable of balancing structure with adaptability in a engaging environment.
