Job Description

1. Constructs and Administers budget for assigned business unit (BU)

  • Yearly budget planning
  • Quarterly & Monthly sales planning

2. Responsible for overall profitability for assigned BU

  • Revenue generation
  • Opex management

3. Operation Margin achievement

  • Sales strategy plan for Key Account Customers and Dealer channel
  • Marketing plan for Key products, New products and mainstream products

4. Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plan

  • Personnel allocation
  • Expense allocation
  • Marketing resource allocation

5. Assigns and allocates resource to achieve business results

  • Recruiting new hire or replace
  • Training and develop plan

6. Compliance supervision

  • Supervises all activities of BU to align with company policies
  • Training compliance to team members

The Successful Applicant

Experience and Education

  • Good understanding of the Vietnam Animal Health industry and Swine animal health market is essential.
  • 15 year experiences in AH industry, more than 5 year experiences at management level.
  • Degree in Veterinary Science or animal husbandry is a advantage

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Need to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlines
  • Work closely in a strong team environment, while there is a requirement that candidates are able to work independently, drawing on their own resources and motivation to achieve what is required.
  • Competent in written and spoken English language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Understand the importance of business compliances
  • Leadership
