Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Provide strategy and leadership to the local market on the development of strategic Ecommerce & Digital plans and set up growth drivers with a clear roadmap to successful execution.
  • Responsible for full P&L management for Ecommerce/Digital; accretive to the current business model
  • Collaborate with Brands, Sales, and other stakeholders throughout the division to:
    • Drive conversion and profitable sales across online platforms - DTC, marketplace, retailer.com to maximize incrementality and recruitment.
    • Obtain buy-in, optimize plans and escalate/resolve issues from creation, execution and post launch learnings in digital marketing.

The Successful Applicant


  • 10+ years of successful track records in Digital & E-commerce. Possess digital transformation leadership to upskill and transmits digital knowledge and mindset
  • Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
