Job Description

  • Own the success of a digital product portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and business value.
  • Lead product teams, empower product owners, and manage prioritization and budget decisions.
  • Drive delivery of commercial digital solutions such as B2B eCommerce, Sales Force Automation, and Distributor Management Systems.
  • Champion agile methodologies and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and digital teams, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in digital and commercial functions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in digital product development and transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Technical background if you used to be a Software Developer
  • Hands-on experience with systems like DMS, SFA, TPM, and TMS. FMCG/Manufacturing/Fintech background is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in cloud platforms, API integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Fluent in English, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
