Job Description

Commercial Finance & Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Provide clear financial insights on pricing, promotions, trade spend, and channel performance
  • Challenge and support commercial decisions to optimize margins and market share



FP&A & Performance Management

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts with a strong commercial lens
  • Track and analyze sales performance, profitability by SKU/channel, and ROI on campaigns
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve top-line growth and cost efficiency



Revenue & Margin Optimization

  • Own P&L performance, focusing on revenue growth, gross margin, and trade investment efficiency
  • Evaluate new product launches, pricing strategies, and customer/channel profitability
  • Drive initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency



Financial Control & Governance

  • Ensure robust financial controls while enabling agile decision-making
  • Oversee accounting, compliance, and reporting in line with local regulations and group standards



Leadership

  • Lead and develop a commercially focused finance team
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to embed finance within the business

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of finance experience with a mix of commercial finance (FP&A/business partnering) and accounting/controllership
  • Strong background in FMCG or high-volume consumer businesses
  • Proven ability to influence Sales & Marketing stakeholders while maintaining financial discipline
  • Deep understanding of pricing, trade spend, and margin management
  • Solid technical grounding in accounting, tax, and compliance (VAS + IFRS exposure preferred)
  • Experience in multinational environments with regional reporting lines
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Fluent Vietnamese & English communication skills
