Job Description

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a key advisor to operation business leaders and regional management, providing financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Performance Driving: Actively collaborate across commercial, operations, and HR teams to drive business performance, cost efficiency, and optimal investment planning.
  • Pricing & Profitability Support: Support critical commercial functions including pricing strategies, in-depth profitability analysis, and complex financial scenario modelling.
  • Core Financial Management: Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all business divisions.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in full compliance with both local (VAS) and international (IFRS) accounting standards.
  • Shared Service Coordination: Manage the crucial relationship and coordination with the Overseas Shared Service Centre for all accounting activities, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
  • Internal Control Enhancement: Evaluate, enhance, and implement robust internal control systems across all company functions to ensure audit readiness.
  • Process Improvement Leadership: Identify and execute continuous process improvements within finance operations and reporting.
  • Legal Representative & Compliance: Act as the authorized legal representative of the Vietnam entity, ensuring full compliance with all Vietnamese corporate, labour, and tax laws.
  • Hands-On Leadership & Mentorship: Maintain a hands-on presence in day-to-day operations, lead by example, and actively mentor the finance, HR, and administrative teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting;
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA are preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in internal control improvement, business partnering, and shared service coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese financial and legal regulations.
  • Hands-on working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
