Job Description

  • Drive and deliver financial and business objectives through close partnership with MD/GMs and other functional leaders
  • Establish and execute long-term financial strategies for the region, including financial planning, cost reduction strategies, investment prioritization and driving commercial growth & value management.
  • Build best teams and improve succession pipeline at all levels of the finance organization
  • Monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans and tactical objectives
  • Manage and prioritize capital requests and drive working capital improvement to meet or exceed free cash flow commitments
  • Monitor product costs, pricing, factory/material productivity, and expenses
  • Lead financial planning and monitoring of program and product developments
  • Manage financial compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and Audit/ACA requirement and driving an overall mindset focused on compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, planning, and FP&A
  • MUST have a CPA, CMA or ACCA
  • Understanding of SOX and US GAAP
  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering, driving change, and achieving financial goals in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
