Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to senior management.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Providing post-sales support and resolving issues promptly to maintain client trust.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A solid background in sales or account management within the Textile industry sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Ability to lead a big team
  • The ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
