Job Description

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and stimulate business growth in the modern trade channel.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key modern trade accounts, negotiating terms for mutual business optimization.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats, crafting relevant action plans.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports, and presenting insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Spearhead the implementation of sales training programs to elevate the capabilities and skills of the sales team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate a successful track record in a leadership position within the FMCG industry, especially in modern trade.
  • Possess a deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams effectively.
  • Think strategically with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Display an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret and leverage data for valuable business insights.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
