Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of regional sales managers and executives, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening relationships with existing channels, including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Channel Development: Drive sales through effective channel strategies, including modern trade, general trade, and digital channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure agile decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, supply chain, and product development to align on business goals and operational efficiency.
  • P&L Responsibility: Oversee budget planning, cost control, and ROI on sales initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, or Consumer Electronics, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail dynamics, and market penetration strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics and forecasting.
