We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow the sales function for a leading personal care brand in Vietnam. This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for sales operations, team development, and business expansion.

Job Description

  • Scope of Work: Oversee total sales across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-Commerce (EC), managing sales teams.
  • Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Vietnam General Director; leads GT Manager, MT Manager, and EC Manager.
  • Key Exposure: Drive business planning strategies, stabilize and engage the sales team, and contribute to a dynamic, youthful, and innovative workplace.
  • Key Background: FMCGs or personal care experience; prior experience in cosmetics is a plus.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCGs or personal care sector, with a proven track record in GT, MT, and EC channels.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and business growth planning.
  • Experience managing large teams and working in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with an open and adaptable mindset to fit into a dynamic, innovative company culture.
