Job Description

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed 100% of new and renewal gross profit sales budgets
  • Lead and project manage Sales initiatives - winning business in the targeted client segments
  • Effectively account manage and retain all allocated existing clients
  • Maximise cross and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
  • Maximise business development opportunities with existing clients across borders internationally
  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time including timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clients
  • Ensure SALESFORCE CRM is updated and the forecast section is accurate
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities for Subscription, General Healthcare and Clinical services, and consulting services

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive work experience within Indochina countries and ideally work and live in Vietnam, high level can build network with government ministry of health.
  • Results driven with a high passion, drive and motivation as well as compassion as this is a people business
  • Proven track record of overachievement of sales targets delivered both individually and demonstrated through a team
  • Leadership and people management skills. Strong track record in recruiting excellent staff, upgrading organisations, motivating people, and dealing with performance issues.
  • Strategic but with strong operational skills. A "doer" and hands-on leader who likes to "roll the sleeves up" and get things done, as well as drive overall strategy.
  • Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organisation. This includes building strong partnerships with medical and security professionals and operations experts.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing, and complex environment.
  • International exposure and mind set, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen - street smart
  • Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High standard of honesty and integrity - self-discipline and self-motivation
