With global presence, they bring global expertise to manufacturing, oil and gas, and multinational service companies.Job DescriptionCritical Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed 100% of new and renewal gross profit sales budgetsLead and project manage Sales initiatives - winning business in the targeted client segmentsEffectively account manage and retain all allocated existing clientsMaximise cross and up-sell opportunities with existing clientsMaximise business development opportunities with existing clients across borders internationallyEnsure all reports are completed and submitted on time including timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clientsEnsure SALESFORCE CRM is updated and the forecast section is accurateDevelop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities for Subscription, General Healthcare and Clinical services, and consulting servicesThe Successful ApplicantExtensive work experience within Indochina countries and ideally work and live in Vietnam, high level can build network with government ministry of health.Results driven with a high passion, drive and motivation as well as compassion as this is a people businessProven track record of overachievement of sales targets delivered both individually and demonstrated through a teamLeadership and people management skills. Strong track record in recruiting excellent staff, upgrading organisations, motivating people, and dealing with performance issues.Strategic but with strong operational skills. A "doer" and hands-on leader who likes to "roll the sleeves up" and get things done, as well as drive overall strategy.Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organisation.
