Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Recruitment Leadership

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business and engineering needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to forecast talent requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top engineering talent.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes.



2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop the recruitment team to achieve performance goals.
  • Set clear objectives and provide coaching and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.



3. Operational Recruitment Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies for passive and niche candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage external recruitment partners.
  • Optimize recruitment tools, technology, and budgets.



4. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Advise business leaders on hiring decisions and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and retention.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of recruitment experience, including team management and technical hiring.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring for tech or service sectors.
  • Proven success in recruiting engineers or technical professionals in consulting or service environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
