Job Description

  • Develop and implement selling programs focused on category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Act as a key connection between customer business teams and category, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Build and execute category and customer plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including insights and commercial teams.
  • Provide category expertise, developing actionable and measurable strategies.
  • Lead category and brand initiatives, including promotional strategy and budget planning.
  • Monitor category performance, manage key performance dashboards, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assess baseline volume risks and opportunities, driving initiatives to optimize category performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in category development, key account management, and market insights.
  • A forward-thinking mindset interested in industry trends, digital solutions, and consumer innovation.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans, tracking performance metrics, and implementing growth initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge perspectives when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
