Our Client is world leading player on biopharmaceutical field with strong brand name, specializes in the wide range of prescription, nonprescription medicines and vaccines.They are looking for a result-oriented Head of Trade and Revenue Management professional with demonstrated determination to support Directors on their Reporting team

Job Description

- Defining and monitoring the Revenue Management strategy for our Ethical business

- Contributing to the Country Trade Strategy in terms of Channel and portfolio mix, Commercial policy and Pricing for free-price products (Pricing strategies/structure/management and Pack Price Architecture)

- Be the driver of Trade speculation and Pricing measures from start to finish, completely captivating and giving benchmark, direction and explicit proposals to all significant Business Units and capacities (counting Finance, Business greatness Supply chain, ITS) and utilising collaborations over BU's

- Set up a clear governance model to Revenue Management at a nation level through the Pricing and Trade Committee.

- Roll out and embed Trade Investment and Pricing tools, models and KPI's (including the Revenue Management tool and Customer Account profitability)

- Ensure commercial conditions are performance-driven, embedded in contracts/Joint Business Plans with customers and delivering portfolio and customer segmentation strategies

- Capture maximum value from customised prices to geographies, channels and customer segments, while ensuring different conditions don't create price arbitration opportunities

- Demonstrate net revenue and gross margin growth by applying Trade Investment and Pricing and rationales and tools

The Successful Applicant

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering

- Good English communication skills

- Experience in team management

- Strong systematic expertise, financial maths; Be sufficient in pricing (counting flexibility demonstrating, break-even analysis)

- Understanding contract management and trade terms optimisation

- Practical experience of business arrangement with key clients

- 5 year's involvement with commercial intelligence/finance functions in FMCG including min 2 years for a Estimating/Revenue the executives job

- Confidence to work with and challenge Senior Managers

- Strong leadership skills and change management capabilities

- Take, understand and establish project briefs, communicating and presenting to all parties to ensure the approach is supported, project managed and excellence is achieved
