About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies in their sector in China and has a strong global industrial deployment in more than 15 countries. They are planning to set up their factory in Vietnam and build up local team.

Job Description

- Provide HR guidance and advice to Group on HR policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practice;

- Be a credible activist for your internal clients, your team and our mission;

- Responsible for organization revised & headcount confirmed;

- Make annual recruitment plan according to manpower cost & headcount;

- Manage recruitment process and C&B operation activities

The Successful Applicant

- BA/BS degree or the equivalent in experience;

- Evidence of exceptional ability;

- 7+ years of HR Leadership and/or HRBP experience;

- Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role, preferably from a multi-site industrial environment;

- Good working knowledge of local employment law, works council and HR best practices;

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions;

- Good English & Chinese on written & spoken.
