Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of user onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, documentation, and delivery of required materials.
  • Maintain active communication with local and international users to ensure engagement and timely completion of onboarding processes.
  • Oversee and update the user database to support future analysis and operational decisions.
  • Assist with user acquisition, engagement activities, campaigns, and events to foster community growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to execute operational tasks efficiently.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations, shared services, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
