Our client is a leading MNC manufacturing company with facilities spanning in various countries. In Vietnam, they plan to expand further in terms of headcounts and volume of production in the next 5 years.

Job Description

  • Manage HR Compliance polices, practices, procedures to ensure right implementation and meet the requirement of client/third party audit
  • Manage employee relations activities to include, but not limited to, employee/management counseling and coaching, complaint/grievance investigations, unlawful discrimination or harassment charges, reviewing and/or recommending corrective/disciplinary action reduction activity and unemployment hearings
  • Provide consultation, support and training to all levels of management on HR Compliance and employee relations
  • Cooperate with HR Director and other stakeholders to develop HR policies and work on performance management
  • Establish case management process for ER matters e.g. poor performance, disciplinary action, gross misconduct, summary dismissal, absence without notice, etc.; generate ER reports & analysis that are meaningful for management decisions

The Successful Applicant

- 8+ years of experience in HR Management with solid responsible experience in HR Compliance

- Great knowledge in Employment law & grievance procedures, Employee training, Employee relations & Government relations, Stakeholder management

- Having Communication Skill, Human Relations Skill, Time Management skill, Leadership & Management skills
