Job Description



  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring that all HR functions contribute to business growth and success.


  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    Oversee the recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet the company's operational needs. Lead employee development initiatives to enhance performance and retention.


  • Performance Management:
    Implement and manage the performance review process, ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback, and career development opportunities are provided to employees.


  • Training & Development:
    Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational performance.


  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies, while maintaining strong employee relations. Act as a mediator in resolving disputes and fostering a positive workplace culture.


  • HR Policies & Procedures:
    Continuously refine and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure compliance with corporate governance.


  • Budget & Workforce Planning:
    Develop workforce plans and manage HR budgets effectively, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain top talent.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
