About Our Client

Our client is a well-established global brand in the high-end furniture industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and timeless design. As part of its strategic growth in Southeast Asia, the company is setting up a new manufacturing facility in Vietnam to strengthen its global supply chain and meet increasing international demand.

Job Description



  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for the new manufacturing site, including both white-collar and blue-collar roles


  • Partner with the local leadership and HQ to define hiring plans, onboarding, and workforce planning


  • Build HR processes, systems, and compliance protocols to support a smooth factory setup


  • Drive local implementation of global HR policies, adapting them to local labor laws and culture


  • Oversee all core HR functions including C&B, employee relations, training, and performance management


  • Act as a culture ambassador to help shape a positive, engaged, and high-performing team


  • Liaise with regional and global HR counterparts for alignment and reporting

The Successful Applicant



  • Progressive HR background, ideally in furniture manufacturing or a similar setup


  • A recruitment background, especially in high-volume or ramp-up phases


  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR operations


  • Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment


  • Efficiently working with multinational companies and cross-cultural teams


  • Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese


  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for building things from scratch
