Job Description

As an HR Manager / Senior HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in Bac Ninh.
  • Managing employee relations and addressing employee grievances effectively.
  • Leading performance management and employee development programs.
  • Collaborating with management to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and managing HR budgets effectively.
  • Supervising and mentoring the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager / Senior HR Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
