About Our Client

My client is one of largest migration firms in APAC - currently expanding their footprint in Vietnam

Job Description

  • Well versed in Vietnam Labour Law and Employment Legislation's.
  • Ensure the Company Policies and Operations adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
  • Prepare/Update Company Policy, Staff Manual/Handbook and HR related documents/forms.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Administer or change staff benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Manage employees database, labor contract, leave record and training requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holder in HR Management , Business Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' solid experience as HR Manager.
  • Strong in Consulting & Business partnership
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
