Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Human resource strategy planning, advising the Board of Directors on human resource management.

- Implementing policies and announcements received from the Board of Directors.

- In-charge of recruitment, training, salary, bonus and welfare for employee.

- Participate in building salary, bonus and welfare policies for employees.

- Update labour law, Company policies;

- Inspect, implement, and adjust policy processes.

- In charge of public affairs with local agencies and associations

- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and Vietnamese Law, Company regulations

- Consulting the issues of rules, policies, regulations and proposing measures to improve the quality of resources; participate in the periodic staff assessment process;

- Marking relevant reports as required

- Other jobs assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

- Graduated from University, College with major in Human Resources, Law, and Economics.

- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in HR, at least 3 years in an equivalent managerial position

- Good command in English.

- Have skills in planning, work organisation, marking report skill, analysis and problem handling (required).

- Mastering the policies of labour law, social insurance, regulations related to human resource management

- Communication, presentation and persuasion skills

- Skills in managing, monitoring and coordinating working groups
