Job Description



  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and culture development.
    • Collaborate with the regional leadership team to ensure alignment of HR initiatives across all regions, adapting strategies to meet local and regional needs.


  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Champion DEI initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
    • Partner with senior leadership to establish DEI goals, measure progress, and implement programs to enhance diversity across all levels of the organization.
    • Develop and deliver DEI training, resources, and tools that promote awareness and drive behavioral change throughout the company.


  • Talent Management & Development:
    • Lead talent acquisition strategies for high-level positions and oversee the recruitment process to ensure high-quality, diverse talent.
    • Design and implement leadership development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Develop and maintain career path frameworks to support employee growth and retention.


  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, teamwork, and growth.
    • Lead initiatives to promote DEI and ensure that company culture reflects inclusivity, respect, and equal opportunity.
    • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in addressing employee concerns and grievances.


  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Design and review competitive compensation structures, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain diverse talent.
    • Oversee annual salary review and performance bonus processes, aligning them with performance and market trends.


  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote transparency, fairness, and consistency across the organization.


  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics to guide decision-making, track key metrics, and report to the executive team on workforce trends, DEI initiatives, and HR initiatives' ROI.
    • Develop and monitor departmental budget, optimizing HR costs while maximizing impact.


  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to drive high performance, a commitment to DEI, and continuous improvement.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the HR department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA would be a strong asset).
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy development, organizational development, talent management, and DEI program implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse matrix teams and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
