Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that support business agility and scalability.
  • Lead organisational design and workforce planning to optimise performance and adaptability.
  • Introduce innovative policies, procedures, and programs that differentiate the company in the talent market.



Talent & Capability Development

  • Build a high-performance culture through strategic talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and capability building across all levels.
  • Champion learning ecosystems that integrate behavioural psychology and adult learning principles.



Operational Excellence

  • Align HR operations with business priorities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage HR technology and analytic to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to embed HR into core business processes.



Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that drive motivation, well-being, and productivity.
  • Act as a cultural architect, shaping values and behaviours that support strategic goals.



Change & Transformation

  • Lead change management initiatives, including mergers, restructuring, and digital transformation.
  • Introduce new methods, tools, or products that enhance organisational agility and competitiveness.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the executive team on organisational psychology and human capital strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong background in managing HR functions across multi-store retail operations or distributed business units
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, change management, and employee engagement, with a strong understanding of business dynamics and market competitiveness
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
