Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, performance management, and off-boarding procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to optimise operational work flows and enhance employee experience.
  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance on complex HR issues and ensuring cohesive collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR systems, technology, and data management for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to HR policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and operational efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in employment laws, and best practices in HR operations.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role for manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving HR trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certification in HR is a plus.
