Job Description

  • Lead global HR strategy implementation and local policy development.
  • Manage HR budget and optimise costs.
  • Design organisational structure aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development. This part will take up to 60-70% in first few years.
  • Foster Winning Culture through training and initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management and promote high performance.
  • Ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
  • Enhance employee engagement and communication channels.
  • Provide HR guidance to local leaders.
  • Develop HR team and coordinate administrative duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Labor Law in local market.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English; Cambodian or Chinese would be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
