Job Description

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and government regulations, managing employee contracts, benefits, and dispute resolutions.
  • HR Strategy & Policies: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and local regulations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related queries, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Performance Management: Develop performance appraisal systems, and work with department heads to manage employee performance and growth.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and ensure staff development through regular training programs and workshops.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer and review the compensation structure to ensure it is competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure that all HR activities and company practices promote a safe and healthy working environment.
  • HR Data Management: Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HR systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law (Bachelor of Law is prioritized), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Efficient understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and guide the HR team.
