Job Description

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in Vietnam.
  • Understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with services offered.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the Industrials Manufacturing industry.
  • Providing training and support to clients on products and services.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good exposure in customer-facing leadership roles, ideally with sales and after-sales experience.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B tech solutions; fashion/automotive background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication; fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams; SaaS knowledge advantageous.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
