Job Description

  • Orchestrates the delivery of Client's communication activities across channels, highly on digital
  • Lead strategy for assigned account group, mostly leading international firms on the market
  • Reviews creative and other staff work to ensure that it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to submission to the client
  • Oversees the work flow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including Strategic Planning, Creatives, Digital, Finance
  • Full management of financial - budget control and forecasting.
  • Collaborates productively with Agency's partners including Media Agencies, Data & Tech, Innovation Partners, PR & Activation among others to deliver solid integrated initiatives for the Client;
  • Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.
  • Oversee the production process, make sure the smooth follow and delivery in timely manner;
  • Engages in-depth with Client's business constantly to provide strategic solutions to their challenges and based on their needs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships between Client and Agency teams, providing leadership, mentoring and support during strategy development, idea and execution
  • Proactively analyses and provides solutions to key developments which have implications for his/her client counterparts or agency management.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 year's experience in account management.
  • Extensive experience on digital project management with digital media knowledge.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent in people management, team building and leadership
