About Our Client
Our client - one of the leading investment management firm in Vietnam, is looking for a Vietnamese returnee to join one of their two biggest funds to oversee their investment activities.
Job Description
- Source deals and manage post-investment monitoring, including the overall evaluation of business performance, planning, and proposal of reliable exit strategies
- Manage private equity deals and portfolio companies
- Seek and execute exit opportunities through IPO or trade sales
- Serve as primary liaison to prospective investees and related services providers
- Establish and maintain close relationships with key internal and external clients
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or any relevant field. An MBA is strongly preferred
- CFA/ CPA Qualification is a plus
- 6-10 years of relevant working experience in M&A or private equity
- Have had experience completing deals from beginning to end - that is, a full investment cycle from origination to divestment
- Hands-on experience in leading acquisition deal and structuring and execution
- Strong commercial aptitude - ability to comprehend market dynamics and strategic positioning of potential targets
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to establish strong network with advisors and business owners in the targeted industry
