Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our IT operations, including:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic IT roadmap to support the growth of the hospital group.
  • Overseeing the IT budget and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Managing a team of IT professionals
  • Leading the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure
  • Staying up to date on the latest healthcare IT trends and technologies

The Successful Applicant

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Willing to work in Vietnam (with relocation discussed)
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • A strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and applications
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English
