Job Description

  • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system tailored to the needs of the Company.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders and ERP vendors.
  • Monitor the performance and functionality of the current ERP system.
  • Ensure the security of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
