Job Description

As an IT Internal Audit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, executing, and reporting on IT audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Identifying risks and recommending effective control measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of IT systems and processes.
  • Providing recommendations to improve IT governance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
  • Supporting the Risk & Compliance department in evaluating IT-related risks.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Internal Audit Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in IT audit, risk management, and compliance practices in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards, such as COBIT or ISO 27001.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
