About Our Client

One of our international clients-a global pioneer in express delivery and logistics-is currently looking for an IT Manager to lead their technical services across Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Manage infrastructure, telecommunications, and technical support across Vietnam
  • Oversee network services, server deployment, hardware/software planning, and IT security
  • Develop and lead a high-performing technical services team
  • Ensure SLAs, licensing compliance, and performance targets are met
  • Contribute to IS budgets and strategic IT planning
  • Act as part of the national IT leadership team and collaborate with regional counterparts

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-12 years of experience in IT/IS management, with at least 4 years in a regional capacity
  • Strong technical planning, vendor management, and leadership skills
  • Empathetic, innovative, and passionate about service excellence
