Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects across factory, supply chain, and retail domains
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and IT teams to design solutions
  • Deliver and integrate enterprise systems.
  • Ensure strong project governance, timelines, quality, and change adoption
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across multiple locations
  • Drive stakeholder alignment from plant level to head office

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
  • Hands-on exposure to factory and retail systems (MES, ERP, WMS, POS, etc.)
  • Good understanding of FMCG manufacturing, logistics, and retail operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (VN & EN)
