Job Description

As a Learning and Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs to meet organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to assess training requirements and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements.
  • Managing budgets and resources associated with learning and development activities.
  • Developing and implementing leadership development programs for succession planning.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices into training strategies.
  • Overseeing the creation of e-learning modules and other digital training tools.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning and Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
