Job Description

  • Formulating, suggesting, and advising the Board of Directors and CEO on strategies for enhancing the digital ecosystem.
  • Proposing, researching, and developing the application of innovative technologies such as Open Banking to facilitate the digitization of the bank.
  • Conducting comprehensive and detailed analyses of user behavior and experiences on digital banking channels
  • Recommending, receiving, and executing changes to digital banking products/services
  • Building and developing digital thinking at the whole bank, as well as organizing digital events for the Board of Directors.
  • Promote ideas and initiatives on banking digitization strategies in the science and technology sector, especially at the leadership level.
  • Organizing, executing, and overseeing the growth of the fintech partner ecosystem in alignment with the strategic goals. This aims to tap into new customer segments, cross-sell products, and services, thereby generating profits for the Bank.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in the banking or financial services industry.
  • 5+ years in digital banking or fintech leadership.
  • 5+ years in a director-level or C-suite role.
  • Solid succesful experience heading the digital banking unit under retail banking of a well-known bank serving millions customers
  • Great achievements in doing digital transformation for major banks in Asia (For examples: Singapore, Hongkong, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.)
  • Great experience in applying new technologies: AI, ML, etc. to transform successfully a bank
  • Innovative and strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
