Job Description

Report directly to Business Unit Director, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to focus on developing pricing strategies and obtaining pricing approval for products. This includes partnering to develop and execute health economics plans and pricing strategies for key products, as well as differentiating launched and promoted products from competitors. Additionally, the position requires providing input for launch price determination, liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain approval for internal tools, managing the end-to-end relevant process, and conducting audits with vendors to ensure compliance standards are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing all documentation and evidence of reimbursement dossier and reimbursement for maximum likelihood of success.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the country's political environment, healthcare structure, and pricing environment. The role involves actively driving all reimbursement and pricing activities, preparing for pricing decisions, and implementing them according to approved decisions.

Additionally, this position will identify, build, and leverage strong networks and relationships with key national customers such as key opinion leaders and institutional decision-makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for our client's products. They should also establish a relationship with authorities responsible for pricing and reimbursement decisions, representing our client in negotiations with state authorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to degree level in Medicine, Doctor, pharmacy or other relevant life science.
  • Strong exposure to Market Access and/or health economics.
  • Understanding of National Health Care system, regulatory environment of drug P&R and Listing processes.
  • KOL & Stakeholder Management
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken, confident in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competent project management and organisational skills
  • Team player, Results driven, Commercially aware
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
