Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share
  • Oversee product marketing, brand management, market research, and advertising efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Drive innovation in consumer healthcare products
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Have a proven track record of delivering results in the consumer healthcare industry
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills

The Successful Applicant

  • University or higher Degree in Medical/ Pharmacy, MBA is strongly preferred. Minimum of 15+ years' experience in Marketing/Brand management in healthcare/pharma industry from MNC organizations.
  • Proficient in delivering professional and compelling presentations; effective verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
  • Familiarity with current best practices in digital marketing
  • Ability to clearly communicate brand objectives, messages, and tools, and ensure motivation within the sales force
  • Proficiency in interacting with a global team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to detail, commitment to data excellence, agility, and autonomy
