Job Description

Automation & Process Optimization

- Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities to improve finance workflows.

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across departments.

- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and automation teams to design and implement automation workflows, financial reporting (e.g., RPA, ERP, or low-code platforms)

- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

- Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of automation solutions and system enhancements.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry best practices

- Provide training and support for end-users on new processes and financial toolsERP System Management (Oracle NetSuite) & Master Data Governance

- Act as the Finance lead for ERP-related projects, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure accurate configuration and integration of financial modules within Oracle NetSuite.

- Partner with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements.

- Maintain and control financial master data, including the chart of accounts, vendor/customer records, and cost centers.

- Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies.

- Conduct regular audits and cleansing of master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong experience in process improvement and finance automation (RPA/ERP/BI tools).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of automation platforms or low-code tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
