National Sales Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.- Drive accurate sales forecasting and ensure agile responses to market changes.2. Commercial Execution & Performance Management- Lead nationwide sales activities to achieve annual revenue, volume, and profitability targets.- Monitor sales KPIs, market performance, and product mix; implement improvement actions.- Oversee OPEX and ensure cost efficiency within approved budgets.3. Distributor & Channel Development- Define national route-to-market strategy and optimize distributor coverage across regions.- Select, evaluate, and develop distributors to ensure strong performance and compliance.- Strengthen channel effectiveness through training, reviews, and market activation programs.4. Key Account Leadership- Build and maintain strategic relationships with national key accounts.- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for major partnerships.- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop tailored solutions to strengthen long-term cooperation.5.
