Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end operations including production, quality, industrial engineering, process/test engineering, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Ensure stable, efficient, and scalable operations with standardized processes across sites.
  • Drive production excellence by improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), while eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Establish disciplined execution routines, including structured production reviews and proactive planning practices.
  • Lead quality transformation by improving FPY, reducing PPM and COPQ, and strengthening preventive quality systems (PFMEA, SPC, control plans).
  • Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives such as line balancing, layout optimization, and standard work to deliver significant productivity gains.
  • Lead engineering and automation strategies, including assembly automation, inline testing, and digitalization, ensuring ROI-driven improvements.
  • Deliver cost optimization through productivity gains, labor efficiency, and reduction of waste, scrap, and rework.
  • Optimize inventory and warehouse operations to improve working capital, material flow, and supply continuity.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams across production, quality, and engineering, fostering accountability and continuous improvement culture.
  • Ensure accurate system data and drive KPI-based decision making through ERP/MES platforms.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in production management, quality systems, industrial engineering, and process/test engineering.
  • Proven track record in lean transformation, automation implementation, and driving productivity improvements.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data-driven decision-making environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with strong change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver sustainable operational improvements at scale
