Job Description

As an Operations Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing factory budgets and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to provide financial insights for process optimization.
  • Preparing forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.
  • Providing guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement measures.
  • Managing month-end and year-end closing processes for the factory.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory valuation and reporting within the manufacturing processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Finance Controller should have:

  • Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Experience working in manufacturing or operations finance
  • Ability to work independently and act as a trusted business partner to operations teams
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems used in manufacturing
