Our client is a multinational Pharmaceutical company which is well reputed in its category. Seeing the potential growth of Vietnam business, this newly created position of Pharmacy Key Account Manager is open for Talent in the relevant expertise field.

Job Description

  • Identify commercial potential of assigned territory/accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date retail/omni-channel distribution network and market insights
  • Achieve sales targets by: Direct field execution and Collaborating with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotions, and strategy alignment
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and relevant teams to maximize performance
  • Enhance Santen's presence and reputation in the Vietnamese pharma market
  • Recommend strategies to maximize business penetration based on market intelligence

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

University degree or higher in Medical/Pharmacy field, with an MBA preferred
Exposure to similar Key Account Management roles in FMCG/OTC industries and omni-channel environments

Skills and Experience:

Extensive knowledge of retail/omni-channel distribution dynamics
Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key accounts
Strong negotiation skills
Deep understanding of FMCG/OTC products

Demonstrated teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
