Job Description

  • Take full ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution across portfolios like Fintech.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Business, and Design - to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and guide agile squads to deliver user-centric features at speed and scale.
  • Leverage data to validate hypotheses, track product performance, and continuously refine direction.
  • Align with global and local stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to a product-led culture that's customer-obsessed, data-informed, and outcome-driven.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience owning digital products in high-growth tech or fintech environments; familiarity with financial services (e.g., lending, payments, crypto) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure with a cool head, collaborative mindset, and strong influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices; agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) are welcome.
  • Strong business acumen; background in engineering, strategy consulting, or similar is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A practical dreamer - someone who can craft visionary product strategies while obsessing over user experience and execution details.
